Sports injuries
Sports injuries can happen to pretty much every part of the body. Commonly we see ligamentous tears and joint damage in knees, ankles and shoulders as well as muscle tears, contusions and of course overuse injuries (also misuse injuries). Whether your injury is acute or more chronic in nature we can assess the damage, give a timeframe for recovery and set you back on the path back to your sport/leisure activity.
